Where are you located?

We are located in Weehawken, NJ. We are not a walk-in bakery. Please email us if you would like to place an order.

Do you offer delivery?

We offer delivery. Charges will apply based on location & availability

Can you make a custom cake?

Yes, our desserts are bake-to-order. We will work with you to create designs that inspire and meet your exact need. We can help you build your dream cake for any of life’s celebrations, large or small. We have expertise in buttercream and do not do all fondant based cakes.

If I have any allergies to certain ingredients or would prefer not to include certain ingredients, would you be able to remove them?

Yes we can, however, we do not do vegan or sugar-free desserts.

What are the payment terms and how can I make payments for my orders?

A non-refundable amount 50% of your total (including delivery charge) is required to be paid to confirm your order. The balance 50% to be paid before the delivery. For special events like Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Holi, Diwali and other such events, we take full payment to confirm the order. For wedding cakes, we may offer a different payment schedule depending on the size of your order and date of event.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Since we block the dates and do not take any other orders to ensure delivery of quality product, if you decide to cancel or reschedule your order, the deposit payment will not be refunded. in some cases, the full amount of the order will be due. Please be sure to read our email.

What are your hours?

We accept phone calls Monday to Friday between 11am through 7pm and on Sunday between 11am to 3pm.

How much advance notice do you need? Do you offer same-day pick-up and delivery?

Depending on availability, we need between 4 and 7 days for any custom dessert order. If you have a big order, sometimes we may require a longer notice. From time to time we may accept a shorter lead time for an extra fee.

Are you a walk-in bakery? Do you have desserts that I can pick-up same day?

All of our orders are custom-made and are made-to-order. We do not have any desserts ready for you to pick-up. On some occasions may have flash-sales for same-day pick-up, and, in such an event, we will post on our Instagram page. We are not a walk-in bakery - we only accept orders via email.

Do you offer tasting?

We offer tasting for large orders like wedding cakes. Please reach out to us and we can let you know if we will be able to offer a tasting for your order.
